Bourbon Glazed Filet Mignon
Sometimes you just put no effort into making dinner (like eating a whole box of frozen appetizers from Safeway) and then find yourself suddenly willing to put an extravagant amount of effort into making a dessert. Wednesday was such a time. I give you bananas foster.
On Saturday, I made breakfast for my wife and myself. We had poached eggs and toast. This was my first attempt at making poached eggs. I think it turned out quite well. Pictures after the jump.
I realized today that it’s been a while since I posted anything. That’s just a shame, and it shouldn’t be this long between posts.
So, I guess an update on life:
Since the last time I posted, I haven’t really done a whole lot. Work has been really busy 1, and being married is like having another job at home.
